I found there was some (unspoken, guessed at) cap on how many BPOs can be locked down in a single hangar division. We moved half to another hangar and the vote process worked as it should.

After using the keyboard command a while, it still sucks to have windows unresponsive to mouse clicks. And the all new dark icons need another pass through the "New and Improved" making machine.

I found the only chat channels that were broken had significant MOTD content. Removing the MOTD and reloading the channel restored the channels to usefulness again. Too bad, the MOTD links were handy.
